PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U44515 Swan Lane, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) and The (County of Hereford
and Worcester) (Various Roads, Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996
(Variation) Order 2010 (Temporary Suspension) and The County of Hereford and
Worcester (Rynal Street, Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Temporary
Suspension) Order 2023.
Proposed Order: to close that part of U51025 Swan Lane from its junction with A4184 High Street to its junction with U44513 Rynal Street and to temporarily suspend the (County of Hereford and Worcester) (Various Roads, Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Variation) Order 2010 to allow access for residents and businesses during the works and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Rynal Street, (Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 during the works to enable vehicles to follow a diversion route.
Reason: New customer connection works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U44513 Rynal Street, U44512 Leicester Grove, A4184 High Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs); Commencing: 29 October 2023
