Town Plan 2015

The Evesham Town Plan was formally adopted by Evesham Town Council in March 2015. This ambitious plan was formulated by a voluntary steering group in consultation with the general public and independent of any of the three branches of local government.
The original Town Plan documents are available here:
Town Plan Review 2025

In 2022, a Public Consultation was held to hear comments and ideas from residents on how to improve Evesham. The Town Plan committee used these contributions to review the original documents, and is now pleased to present the revised Evesham Town Plan Review 2025! The document reflects the changing needs of our community since the original was published, subsequent priorities over the coming years, and emphasises the involvement of local residents in decision-making processes and fostering a sense of ownership over the town’s future.
In a nutshell, Evesham’s priorities are to create a town that:
- 💙Has a strong identity
- 🚣Offers the things that people want
- 🥬Promotes healthy communities
- 🚲Improves its environmental impact, sustainability and appearance
- 👨👩👧👦Facilitates ease of access for all
- 🏡Engages with a cohesive community
The document is accompanied by the Evesham Town Plan Responses 2024, which lists all the valued suggestions that are not in the Town Plan Review and the reasons for their omission. It was necessary to set aside any comments that could not be implemented or influenced by the Town Council. Both documents are available here:
