The Town Plan Committee of Evesham Town Council has, in addition to councillor members, three co-opted members of the local community.
Co-opted members of the committee are full members of the committee and entitled to participate in all committee meetings and activities. However, co-opted members are not entitled to vote.
Co-opted members are chosen for their particular skills and knowledge as well as their commitment to the development of the Town Plan.
The Town Plan committee meets approximately six times a year, and establishes working groups which meet as necessary throughout the year.
