Annual Town Meeting

The Annual Evesham Town Meeting will be held in the Town Hall on Monday 3rd April 2023.
All residents of Evesham are invited to attend, to take part in the discussions and put questions to the council and councillors. There’s no need to notify us in advance of any questions, you can just turn up and ask them on the night. However, if you are asking for specific information, or would like to discuss a topic in more depth, it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance so that we can make sure we have the information to hand.
If you are on the electoral roll in Evesham, you can also ask for items to be added to the agenda that you would like to discuss or propose a motion to be voted on. Please contact the Town Clerk if you would like to contribute to the agenda.
This year, we will also be joined by the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia who will be happy to take your questions regarding policing in the town and the local area.
All residents of Evesham are welcome to attend, but only those on the electoral roll in Evesham are able to request an item to be added to the agenda, to propose a motion to be voted on, or to vote on any motion proposed.
Please note that the deadline for asking for an item to be added to the agenda, or for proposing a motion to be voted on, is Tuesday 28th March 2023. This is because we have to meet our legal requirements for giving advance notice of the finalised agenda.
There’s no deadline for notifying us in advance of questions, although if you are asking for specific information then it does help if you give us time to prepare the response.
