Cllr Emma Nishigaki found in breach of the Code of Conduct

Following a thorough investigation conducted by the Monitoring Officer of Wychavon District Council into breaches of the Councillor Code of Conduct following multiple complaints, and after full consideration of the findings and conclusions presented to the Council, it has been determined that Cllr Emma Nishigaki has breached the Council’s Code of Conduct in several significant respects.

Evesham Town Council considered the recommendations in the report at a meeting of the Full Council on Monday 9th June 2025.

A letter has been sent to Cllr Nishigaki serving as a Formal Censure issued by Evesham Town Council, in accordance with the recommendations presented in the Final Report.
