There’s plenty to see and do in Evesham over the Christmas period. Here’s a brief rundown of what’s on…

Tree of Light Switch-On

The Tree of Light is back for another year illuminating the river and Workman Bridge. The switch-on takes place on Thursday 24th November at 6pm in front of the Methodist Church.

Evesham Christmas Lights Switch-On

The town centre light switch-on this year takes place in the High Street on Friday 25th November.  There will be festive musical entertainment from midday leading up to the switch-on at 5.30pm, performed by the Town Crier and Father Christmas, followed by fireworks and a headline act on stage.

Christmas Artisan Fayre

Brought to you by the Battle of Evesham, the Christmas Artisan Fayre will have three sections: Medieval, Victorian and Modern with plenty of music and other performances to keep you entertained. Over 70 high quality traders filling the Market Square and the churchyard, there’s sure to be something there for everybody!

The Artisan Fayre will be open on Saturday 26th November and Sunday 27th November.

Free parking in Evesham town centre on Saturday 26th from midday and all day Sunday 27th (council car parks only).

Evesham Craft Fayre

As well as the outdoor market stalls, you’ll also find an indoor craft market on the same weekend at Evesham Town Hall. Come in out of the cold and enjoy browsing the stalls.

Evesham Christmas Tree Festival

Now an established feature of  Evesham’s Christmas scene, the Christmas Tree Festival takes place in All Saints Parish Church. The festival is open every day between 10am and 4pm from the 10th to the 30th December (except when services and private events are being held in the church). Admission is free.

Evesham Christmas Charter Market

Evesham’s historic charter market will have special extended operating days and additional stalls in the run up to Christmas. Come along and find those last minute Christmas presents or stock up on all your regular market essentials! Tuesday 13th to Saturday 17th December from 9am to 4pm in the High Street and Market Square.
